After testing lead 62 of the generator plug of the APU voltage
regulator, a correct voltage reading was indicated.
You test
lead 62 of the battery plug on the APU voltage regulator by
probing through the insulation of lead 62 of the voltage
regulator battery plug with the multimeter red probe and
grounding the black probe. The meter reading must indicate 24-28
vdc. If not, replace the voltage regulator. If correct voltage
was indicated, then lead 62 from APU voltage regulator to
batteries requires repair or replacement (Figure 30).
