to
effectively and accurately troubleshoot some of these systems. Each
system plays a very important part in the overall operation of the
vehicle.
However, without the electrical system, regardless of how
well the other systems are functioning, the vehicle is just a
worthless hunk of metal sitting around rusting.
The purpose of this task is to teach the various sub-systems that
comprise the electrical systems on the HMMWV, and how to troubleshoot
these systems.
Upon completion of this task, the student should be
able to describe the sub-systems that comprise the electrical systems
and should also be able to describe the procedures used by the unit
level mechanic to troubleshoot these systems.
