At this point, SGT Haskell disconnects the VTM and removes the power
Control access cover following the procedures on page 4-416 of the
TM. SGT Haskell once again moves the MASTER POWER switch to the ON
position. He then measures the voltage between terminal 1A2CB1-1 (1)
(figure 45 on the following page) and ground with a multimeter.
