MEASURING VOLTAGE AT 1A2CB1-1.
Since the multimeter does not indicate a voltage reading of 17 or
more volts, SGT Haskell moves the MASTER POWER switch to the OFF
position.
He then measures the voltage between the battery master
switch relay 1A2K1A2 (1) (figure 46 on the following page) and
ground.
Since the multimeter shows a voltage reading of 24 volts,
this indicates to SGT Haskell that the battery jumper/conductor bus
lead is faulty and needs to be replaced.
