PASS.
If the display does not show 0066 or does not display PASS,
troubleshoot the VTM using the STE-M1/FVS (VTM only) confidence test
diagnostic troubleshooting procedures on page 3-910 of TM 9-2350-252-
20-1-1.
Now dial 62 into the TEST SELECT switches and press and release the
TEST button.
If the DCA to which the VTM is connected does not
appear on the VTM display, refer to TM 9-4910-751-14-1.
From this
point on, proceed with the troubleshooting procedures as cited in TM
9-2350-252-20-1-1.
