Step 2. To test the flasher harness continuity, SGT Nertney sets the
multimeter to RX1 and connects the positive meter lead to terminal A
of the flasher unit.

the following page). Since continuity was indicated for all circuits
and the turn signals still do not operate, the flasher is defective
and needs to be replaced.
