Fuel
System.
The
following
subparagraphs
describe
the
construction and components of the fuel system. As with the cooling system,
a brief discussion of the operation of the fuel system components will be
provided.

(1) Fuel Tanks. There are three fuel tanks located inside the hull
storing the fuel supply for the main engine, auxiliary power unit (APU), and
refueling system. Two tanks are located adjacent to the main engine, one on
