Introduction
In the previous task, the techniques used in logical troubleshooting were
discussed.
In addition, we discussed the inspection procedures commonly
used when troubleshooting. The task concluded with a discussion of specific
troubleshooting procedures as they apply to the M2 infantry fighting vehicle
(IFV) and the M3 cavalry fighting vehicle (CFV) versions of the Bradley
fighting vehicle (BFV).
Included in this discussion of the specific
troubleshooting procedures, three sample procedures were introduced and
discussed.
In this task, we will discuss the procedures used in diagnosing malfunctions
and for completing DA Form 2404. DA Form 2404 was briefly mentioned in Task
1. In this task, we will discuss this important maintenance form in greater
detail.
