Gunner's Handstation.

Gunner's Control Handles.
The gunner's control handles
control
the
traversing of the turret and the elevation of the weapon system.
(2)
Trigger Switches.
The
trigger
switches
fire
the
25mm
gun,
the
coax
machinegun, or the TOW missile.
(3)
Fast Turret Switches. The fast turret switches increase the speed of the
turret traverse and the weapon elevation.
(4)
Palm Switches.
The palm switches activate the turret drive and release
the turret drive brakes.
(5)
Drift Button.
The
drift
button
reduces
the
drift
in
the
turret
stabilization system.

Weapon Control Box.
(1)
SEAR Indicator Light.
The SEAR indicator light indicates that the 25mm
gun bolt is in the SEAR position.
A blinking indicator light indicates that the
25mm gun bolt is in the MISFIRE position.
(2)
ARM-SAFE-RESET Switch and Indicator Light.
The ARM-SAFE-RESET switch
selects the ARM and SAFE positions for the 25mm gun, the coax machinegun, and the
TOW missiles. The RESET position will clear all weapons selected. The indicator
light goes on when the weapon is armed.
(3)
MISFIRE Button. The MISFIRE button brings the 25mm gun bolt back to the
SEAR position after the trigger is depressed when the 25mm gun misfires.
(4)
PNL LIGHT DIMMER Knob. The PNL LIGHT DIMMER knob adjusts the panel lights
on the weapon control box from bright to DIM-OFF.
(5)
AP SS Button and Indicator Light. The AP SS button selects 25mm AP single
shot mode. The indicator light goes on when AP SS is selected.
