reel mounted static grounding cables (6) are provided for grounding
whatever is being fueled or defueled. An emergency shutoff valve and
a hand-actuated deadman control are included for greater safety.
Hand-operated valves attached to the delivery hoses control fuel flow
during refueling.

(8) Main Hydraulic System (figure 25 on the following page).
The
main hydraulic system consists of a PTO driven hydraulic pump (1) and
a fluid reservoir (2) shared with the power steering hydraulic system.
Any vehicle may also be equipped with a self-recovery winch (3) and a
