Main Engine Generator. The main engine generator (13) (figure 34) is
made by Teledyne Continental Motors.

MAIN ENGINE GENERATOR.
It is an air-cooled 28 volt dc rated, 300 ampere, field regulated unit. It
is gear driven by the engine, and is mounted on the right side and near the
flywheel end of the engine.
An integral blower, an air intake duct (14)
(figure 34) and an outlet boot (9) and duct (3) provide a means of
