PRACTICAL EXERCISE - ANSWERS

With the boresight telescope and adapter properly installed in
the gun barrel, the boresight telescope is rotated 90 to the right,
and the aiming point is viewed in the boresight reticle.
Then the
boresight telescope is rotated 90 to the left and the aiming point is
viewed through the boresight reticle. If the aiming point stayed in
the inner ring of the boresight reticle for both rotations, the
boresight telescope is accurate.
If the aiming point moved out of
the inner ring of the boresight reticle, the boresight telescope is
not accurate.

The telescope eyepiece should be at the top.
