OPERATING AND MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Description.
The LR Test Set is designed to provide a rapid GO/NO-GO test of the
Laser Infrared Observation Device MX-9838/GVS-5 (LR).
It is also
used for troubleshooting; it provides calibrated optical signals to
check the ranging accuracy and monitors the transmitted laser output
from the LR.
