PRACTICAL EXERCISE - ANSWERS
1.
The connection of 1W10E13 to terminal 3 of the FIRE
SUPPRESSION
switch must be checked next. If the connection is good,
the ENGINE
ACCESSORY and MASTER POWER switches must be turned OFF,
and wiring
harness 1W10 must be replaced.
After replacement of
the wiring
harness, verify that the system now operates properly.
2.
Second Requirement
The minimum pressure at 80 Fahrenheit should be 675 psig. If a gage
shows less than that value, the corresponding crew compartment
extinguisher assembly should be replaced so that the low pressure
bottle can be recharged.
