AC Voltage Measurement

Setting the TEST SELECT switches to the required test number tells the VTM to make the AC
voltage measurement when the TEST button is pressed and released.
The AC voltage value across vehicle/equipment under test is sent to the VTM.
The VTM displays the average value of the signal in volts.
