(7) Tracking and Tensioning the File Band. The file bands are aligned
on the wheels in the same way as is used in tracking the saw bands,
described in paragraph 4a(4) beginning on page 17. The band can be made to
run on the crown of the wheel by tilting the upper wheel with the tilt
control. When properly tracked, the file band should run freely in the file
guide channel. The tension of the file band should be adjusted to the same
