It is also true
that the faster the speed, the finer the finish produced on the cut surface.
This principle applies to light feeds in conjunction with fast speeds.
Table 4 shows the recommended sawing speeds for different materials.
In
general, the faster speeds should be used to saw thin materials, and the
slower speeds should be used for thick materials.
